Job Description
National Real Estate Insurance Group (NREIG) is seeking four EOI Coordinators to join our growing team in our new Knoxville, TN office. This is an entry level position for a highly organized, detail-oriented data entry specialist who will enjoy working with numbers and customers, this could be a great opportunity to start or grow your career in insurance operations.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
-Processing accounts receivable payments
-Supporting collections efforts and following up on past-due accounts with professionalism and tact
-Answering client billing questions via phone and email
-Monitoring receivables and assisting with month-end closing activities
-Coordinating non-payment cancellations in compliance with company guidelines
-Assisting with escrow billing for renewals, deposits, refunds, and large client requests
-Maintaining accurate records while protecting confidential information
-Contributing to a positive, collaborative work environment
We're looking for someone who has:
-Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Confidence and diplomacy when working with clients on billing and payment issues
-Strong organizational and time-management skills
-Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
-Willingness to learn new systems and processes
-Dependable, regular attendance
